Parking Subcommittee

The Parking Subcommittee of the Planning Commission is comprised of Commissioners Dennis McCoy and Shannon Smith, and Zoning Administrator Katie Nunez. The subcommittee will meet to discuss and develop possible revisions to the Cape Charles Zoning Ordinance Section 4.5 - Off-Street Parking and Loading Standards to include golf cart parking. The Town Council adopted the Resolution of Intent 20221020 Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to Section 4.5 - Off-Street Parking and Loading Standards on October 20, 2022 by roll call vote.
