The Housing Subcommittee of the Planning Commission is comprised of Commissioners William Stramm and Paul Grossman, and Zoning Administrator Katie Nunez. The subcommittee has been meeting weekly since August 2, 2022 to discuss and develop possible revisions to the Cape Charles Zoning Ordinance in response to the analysis contained in the Berkley Group report commissioned by Northampton County entitled "Overcoming Land Use Ordinance Barriers to Housing Development" and included a review of the zoning for the County and all of its incorporated towns.
