Responsibilities:
The Board of Zoning Appeals is a quasi-judicial body appointed by the Town Council. All appointments are approved by the Circuit Court of Northampton County. The Board of Zoning Appeals hears zoning appeals and reviews variance and special exception applications.
Meetings:
Held as needed on the second Tuesday of the month at 9:00 a.m., when an application has been filed requiring their consideration.
