The Town Council and Planning Commission held a joint public hearing on October 10, 2006 for the Harbor Area Conceptual Master Plan and Design Guidelines. After hearing public comment, the Planning Commission recommended adoption of the document as an addendum to the Town's Comprehensive Plan. At the following regular session, the Town Council adopted the document as recommended. The plan and design guidelines are the result of an extensive public input process.
