The Town of Cape Charles is developing plans for improvements to the harbor infrastructure. The project is partially funded through a Virginia Port Authority grant. RFP for South Harbor Improvements - This is the RFP that was advertised. After reviewing applications, a team headed by Langley McDonald was selected.
