Cape Charles Offshore Breakwater Project - Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Cape Charles, at the Town Hall, 2 Plum Street, Cape Charles, VA 23310, until 2:00 p.m., local prevailing time, on Tuesday, November 10, 2009, for the Harbor Breakwaters contract in Cape Charles, Virginia.  On the hour and date above specified, the proposals will be publicly opened and read.  A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Town Hall.
