* ** Oversight of the Memorandum Of Agreement with various Town organizations who receive taxpayer’s monies. In April 2007, the Town Council directed that the Town ensure that these organizations who receive taxpayer’s monies "offer" something back to the citizens of the Town in return for taxpayer monies. In November 2007 it was determined that the Town would seek this "offer back" in the form of free programs for Children, Youth and the Elderly**** ****Additional issues were resolved by Interim Town Manager Bob Panek prior to Joe Vaccaro's arrival. Thank you Bob for the great efforts and leadership**** DEBATE OF 2008 TOWN COUNCIL CANDIDATES The Town of Cape Charles is pleased to announce that the Concerned Citizens of Cape Charles will host the Debate of the 2008 Town Council Candidates.
