POLICE
Chief David Eder contacted the Town Manager, Joe Vaccaro, to advise him that the Cape Charles Police Department (CCPD) has again been responding to calls concerning rabid raccoons in the Town.
Chief Eder said the reports are coming from the Fig Street and Washington Avenue area and the Bay Creek Marina area.
The CCPD advises citizens that they should NOT approach these animals and to please use extreme caution with pets and small children.

The last issue of the Cape Charles Gazette inadvertently omitted that the fabulous and musically skilled "Dirt Road B******" will also be performing at the Renovator's Ball this coming Saturday, March 29, at the former STIP.
