Copies of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Conflict of Interest Act (COIA) and the Public Records Act as published by the Commonwealth of Virginia are provided below. These include revisions made during the 2008 session of the General Assembly. The amendments became effective July 1, 2008. There were no amendments to the Public Records Act during the 2008 session.
