Gerald Elliott is a life-long resident of Cape Charles. As a Council Member he has a "vision of inclusion" where every citizen will benefit from our town. He sees the town becoming a working community with a good, clean environment, a good police department, a good playground and park facility, caring for our senior citizens and providing programs for our youth.

Councilman Elliott's term expires on June 30, 2010.
