Charles F. "Sambo" Brown, serving his third term on Town Council, has been a Cape Charles resident for 20 years and was born and raised on the Eastern Shore. He has been married to his wife Terry for 26 years and has four children and four grandchildren. He holds a Degree in Engineering and is a State Certified Shock/Trauma Medical Technician and a State Certified police officer. He has been a member of Cape Charles Rescue Service, Inc. since 1980. He is also Chairman of the Northampton County Fire/Rescue Commission. His goal is to help guide the future development of the Town of Cape Charles.

Councilman Brown's term expires on June 30, 2008.
