Christopher Bannon, aka "Chris" was born and raised in the Ocean View section of Norfolk and has been a resident of Cape Charles since the Autumn of 1987.  Most of my adult life was spent in the Northeastern part of the United States. 

Upon my arrival in Cape Charles, I saw the potential for this town to be revitalized.  With this in mind, I became an active member of the community.  This revitalization must have guidelines to protect our historic character while regaining our position as the "gem" of the Eastern Shore.

As a council person, I must consider what is best for our town, always keeping in mind that our citizens (old and new) must be well served and protected from an intrusive and free spending government.  The citizens have entrusted me to make the correct decisons on their behalf.
